I admit, I was skeptical. I have issues with my neck and have tried things like this before that were absolutely useless. I’m not sure what is so different about this one but I can actually feel some traction, and it definitely gives me some relief. I don’t want to over do it, so I have followed the instructions so far and not done it more than 30 minutes a day, but have used it both convex and concave. So far I am liking the gentle traction of the convex, but I’m sure as I use it more I will use concave more.
I have several acres to mow each week and when I am along the road I like to watch for traffic. All summer I have had problems turning around to check the traffic, just plain sore and tight. I saw this and thought why not try, I have a back roller that has kept me from a chiropractor for over 5 years so let’s try this. The first use I had 3 cracks in my neck with 3 or 4 in my upper back. I laid there for about 5 minutes stretching back. I got up and immediately felt better. Two days later I mowed and turned my neck without any pain or stiffness. Just amazing, I can't explain how nice it is to have that movement back. We went on vacation and drove 12 hrs out stayed 5 days and 12 hrs back. I didn’t even think about bringing this neck stretcher and believe me I couldn’t wait to get home and use it. As soon as I got home I used it and bam freely moving again. Love it. I don’t quite understand what the “massage nodes” are for, I don’t feel they add anything unless you are going to really grind your neck on it. Yes, I highly recommend this.
This little device serve as a cervical spine stretcher for me that help me keep the cervical vertebrate in natural curve. It helps me reduced headache after long time works on computer. A silicone rack is covered with a nice cloth sleeve with zipper. It fit the back of my head perfectly well.
You can really enjoy this neck relaxer.Only good is to ask your doctor if is good for you or starting with limited time to use it
My neck has been hurting due to bad posture habit. The pain that extended from the back of the neck to the upper shoulder was excruciating. I had been using a similar neck support which relieves the pain fast but using it is quite painful. This new neck relaxer is quite soft and worked wonders. The pain subsided and all that without the painful placement of the neck support. I have not had to place a towel or some sort of cushion between the relaxer and my neck yet. There is a card that allows a video on how to use the relaxer properly. Picture for the card is included FYI.
